Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is a cooperative financial institute who has obtained the approval from the Board of Directors wherein the time was consumed and therefore, there was a delay of 6 days. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application which appears to be just and satisfactory. Delay of 6 days is condoned.
