This is an application for condonation of delay in lodging the cross objection. Delay is of 487 days. The appellant has already preferred F.A. No.1061/2016 against judgment and award dated 25.2.2013 passed by learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Amravati in LAC No.299/2003. The said appeal is already admitted by this Court.
