01] By this application, the Applicant has sought stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kelapur in M.A.C.P. No.78/2011. 02] Shri H.N. Verma, learned counsel for the Applicant states that the decreetal amount along with interest will be deposited within a period of three weeks. In the light of the said statement, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment is stayed till the next date of hearing, subject to deposit of decreetal amount. 03] Stand over to three weeks.
