Heard Mr. Chande, the learned Counsel for the applicants.

The learned Counsel for the applicants after arguing for some time, on instructions, submits that the applicant nos. 2, 3 and 4 viz. Shrikisan, Mahadev and Vishnu respectively, would surrender before the police station authority or the Court on 8th of May, 2015. He further submits that as the applicants were protected by this Court by interim order dated 08/04/2015, the protection be extended till 08/05/2015.

Learned A.P.P. Ms. Mehta for the State opposes the application.

In view of the fact that the applicants were protected by this Court by an interim order, the prayer for extension is granted. The protection is extended till 8th of May, 2015 only.
