MARCH 30, 201 CAF No.1495/2017 This Court on 22.08.2016, in First Appeal No. 672/2015, has observed that in Land Acquisition Case No. 518/2012, the appellant and the Land Acquisition Officer have accepted the liability of payment of compensation to the claimants at the rate Rs.750/- per sq.meter.

As the aforesaid proposition is not disputed by the respective counsel, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to direct withdrawal of the decreetal amount deposited in this Court on the same lines as is observed in the order dated 22.08.2015.

With this observation, the application stands disposed of.
