The civil application is opposed by the respondent no.1.
For the reasons stated in the application and more particularly the reasons reflected in paragraph nos.2 to 4, the civil application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
CIVIL APPLICATION F. NO.2378/2015 Heard.
The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that though by an order dated 5.10.2015, this Court had directed the applicant/appellant to deposit the entire amount of compensation
2206caf2377.15.odt within a period of twelve weeks, the amount could not be deposited within the stipulated period for the administrative difficulties. He, therefore, prayed for further time to deposit the amount in compliance with the order dated 5.10.2015. At the request of the learned Counsel for the applicant four weeks' time is granted. If the amount is not deposited within a period of four weeks from today, the interim order passed by this Court shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court.
