Patil, Shri Kalmegh, learned counsel and Shri N.S. Rao and B.M. Lonare, learned AGPs for the respective respondents in the petitions. The registry has placed the matter and invited attention of the Court to the fact that the judgment as uploaded on website varies at page 9 with the judgment which has been signed in original.

It appears that the last line appearing at page 9 of the copy of the judgment, as uploaded on website, in para 7 is missing in print out which has been signed as original judgment. In this situation, the judgment signed in original shall be retained as it is on record and in case of any dispute, shall be referred to as original judgment. The corrected page 9 and copy of judgment with necessary addition shall be certified by the Senior Private Secretary and shall be retained on record for further use.
