After hearing the matter at length, this court has expressed it's non-inclination to grant bail. 3.

At this stage, learned Counsel for the applicant seeking for withdrawal the application with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial. 4.

In view of the above, the application stands disposed of since withdrawn. Since the accused is in jail from 31.07.2019, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial.

Liberty is granted to the applicant to approach this Court after six months, if charges are not framed.
