DATE : 29.06.2015 Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties. Perused the medical report as well as the statements of the witnesses.

Looking to the nature of the injuries which are superficial and in view of the fact that the victim is discharged from the hospital, the following order would subserve the interest of justice.

ORDER

Criminal Application No.224/2015 is allowed. The applicants shall be released on bail upon furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) each with one surety each in the like amount.

The applicants shall attend the Police Station, Kamptee, District Nagpur on last Sunday of every month between 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., till filing of the charge-sheet.

2906ba224.15.odt The applicants shall not enter the boundary of Nagpur City except on the date of appearance. In case the applicants enter the City of Nagpur, the order granting bail shall be recalled, upon application either by the victim or by the prosecution.

The applicants shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer, shall not tamper with the evidence and shall not pressurize the witnesses.
