Perused the record. It reveals that petitioner is alleging contempt of the order of this Court dated 15.12.2022 in Writ Petition No.6787/2022.

This Court has directed Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's caste claim within three months from the date of order. According to petitioner, since, the decision has not Prity

Learned APP submitted that already petitioner's caste claim has been decided by Committee vide order dated 06.04.2023. The copy of order bearing Case No.5/502/Edu.112020/168198, has also been shown to us.

In view of above, nothing remains, hence, the contempt petition stands disposed with liberty to apply fresh, if any other grievance remains.
