The petitioner has been issued communication dated 11.4.2022 in which it has been stated that on account of invalidation of the petitioner's tribe claim by the Scrutiny Committee on 28.8.2021, further steps will be taken by the employer.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is working as a Laboratory Attendant at the respondent No.3 - School, it is directed that until further orders, his services shall not be disturbed only on account of invalidation of his tribe claim. 4.
The civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
