This is an Application seeking condonation of delay caused in preferring the present Appeal.

Heard the learned Counsel for respective parties. Perused the contents of the Application.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, I am satisfied that the delay is properly explained and sufficient ground is made out for condoning the delay.

In view thereof, the delay in preferring the present Appeal is hereby condoned, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1000/-. The costs to be paid to Vidarbha Lady Lawyer's Association, Nagpur. 5.

It is made clear that the Appellant will not be entitled to claim interest from the date of the impugned Judgment and Award till today, if the Appeal is allowed.

The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
