We find from the averments made in the writ petition that the same has been filed by an Association through its President. Prayer (i) in the writ petition reads as under :
"(i) To issue appropriate writ, order or directions to the effect that the alleged provisions of law are not at all applicable to the petitioner being a mere transporter of goods." In the writ petition reference is made to the alleged incident dated 07/05/2020. We have perused the reply filed on behalf of the respondents.
32-cRI.wp-277-20 2/2 We find that relief of a general nature has been prayed for in this writ petition. Such relief cannot be granted without examining individual grievances if any. In that view of the matter by granting liberty to the members of the Association to espouse their grievances if any in their individual capacity and by keeping all points open, the writ petition is disposed of.
