CIVIL APPLICATION [W] NO.1246/2015 Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Perused the contents of the application. Also perused the proposed amendment. The proposed amendment in paragraph 17A and 17B does not change the nature of the petition, however, the proposed amendment in the other paragraphs changes the nature of the petition. The amendment application is partly allowed. The petitioner is permitted to incorporate para 17A and 17B and prayer clause (va) to the petition. The amendment should be carried out forthwith. The Civil Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
