The petition is being disposed of with the following direction : 3.

We direct the respondent No.1- Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur to decide the claim in regard to the entitlement of an employee (petitioner No.2) of the School run by the petitioner No.1-Society to the post of Head Master as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of eight weeks from the production of this order.
