DATED : 28-03-2016 Heard Shri D.N. Mehta, Advocate for the applicant.

By the order dated 16-03-2016, the learned Additional Sessions Judge has granted ad-interim prearrest bail to the non-applicant Nos.2 to 6 and has kept the matter today i.e. 28-03-2016 for further consideration.

The learned Advocate for the applicant has raised the several challenges including about the denial of opportunity by the learned Additional Sessions Judge to participate in the proceedings to oppose the application filed by the non-applicant Nos.2 to 6. However, considering the fact that the application is still under consideration of the Sessions Court, I am not inclined to interfere the present application. The application is disposed accordingly.

Needless to say that the merits of the contentions of the applicant are not examined.
