After arguing for some time, the learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant would surrender in the Court or before the officer concerned on 27th of April, 2015 and avail the remedies including filing an application for seeking his enlargement on bail on his surrender. He then submits that as the applicant is undergoing medical treatment and as the applicant was protected by this Court by ad interim protection dated 09/04/2015, the protection be extended till 27th of April, 2015.

Mr. P.V. Bhoyar, the learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for extension of interim protection.

In view of the fact that the applicant was protected by this Court by an ad interim order and the applicant is under

aba.180.15 2/2 medical treatment, the interim protection is extended till 27th of April, 2015.

The application is disposed of in above terms. Hamdast allowed.
