Heard Mr. Sirpurkar, learned counsel for the Applicants.

Mr. Mirza, learned APP, makes a statement that the charge-sheet has already been filed in the instant case. Mr. Sirpurkar, learned counsel for the applicants, vehemently argued that the charge-sheet could not have been filed this Court having issued notice in this matter. We do not agree.

In view of the fact that the charge-sheet has been filed and in view of the fact that the applicants can be relegated to the appropriate other alternate remedy, we

think, the following order should subserve the interest of justice:- Criminal Application [APL] No. 230 of 2015 is disposed of, reserving liberty in favour of Applicants to take such steps as are available in law after filing of the charge-sheet, including filing of an application for discharge.
