As the impugned order has already been withdrawn, the grievance raised by the petitioners in the present petition stands redressed. Accordingly, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition. However, with regard to the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- deposited before this Court, counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that appropriate order may be passed. 2.

We appreciate the fair and bonafide approach adopted by the learned counsel for the petitioners in relation to the apportionment of Rs.5,00,000/- which was deposited to demonstrate the bonafides of the petitioner. 3.

As rightly suggested, we direct that an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- be made over to the High Court Bar Library and the balance amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- be made over to the library to the Government Pleader with proportionate accrued interest.

The petition stands disposed of. No costs.
