It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Official Liquidator that the prayer Clause (A) may be allowed and the amount shall be refunded as per prayer Clause (A). However, so far as the amount incurred towards advertisement charges for publication is concerned, it may be kept in fixed deposit till the pendency of Company Petition. Accordingly, the application is partly allowed.

The amount be refunded within 15 days.

45.OLR 12.2022 in Comp Pet. 05.2001 charges for publication of re-sale auction notice is concerned, the same be kept in Fixed Deposit in Panjab National Bank, Nagpur, where the amount is already kept in Fixed Deposit by Official Liquidator.
