DATED : 30/04/2020 Heard Shri Dhawas, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mrs. Kulkarni, learned APP for the respondent. 2.

Perused the FIR and order passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Chandrapur. Offence is punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 234, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code was registered against the applicant and other accused. Main accused are arrested by the police.

Perused the report lodged by the Police Head Constable - Shri Behare. As per his report offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code was registered initially and thereafter offences punishable under Section 326 and Section 307 were added. Main accused are arrested by the police.

As per the submission of learned Counsel Shri Dhawas, the applicant is ready to co-operate the police during the investigation. In view of the above, ad-interim anticipatory bail is granted on the following conditions:

(i) In the event of arrest of applicant-accused in Crime No.885/2019 registered by Police Station, Ballarpur Tah. Ballarpur Dist. Chandrapur, he be released on bail on his executing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount. (ii) He shall attend Police Station, Ballarpur Tah. Ballarpur Dist. Chandrapur once in a week i.e. on every Saturday in between 10.00 a.m. to 05.00 p.m. and shall co-operate the Investigating Agency. 5.

Issue notice to the respondent.

Mrs. Kulkarni, learned APP waives notice for the respondent/State.
