Learned counsel for the applicant submits that after the rejection of the bail application by the trial Court, he obtained the documents which show that the applicant is juvenile-in-conflict with law.

It is further submitted that at the time of filing the bail application before the trial Court these documents were not available. However, now the documents are with the applicant to show that he is juvenile-in-conflict with law.

Accordingly, he prays for permission to withdraw the application with liberty to move a fresh SKNair

Permission is granted with liberty as sought for.

Criminal application is disposed of as withdrawal.
