Letter is received from the Additional Judge, Small Causes Court, Nagpur, praying for further extension of time to dispose of Regular Civil Suit No.511 of 2002, wherein extended time had been granted till 31.12.2018. The learned counsel appearing for the original plaintiff points out that the proceedings in the suit have almost culminated and now final arguments only on behalf of the defendant remain. Perusal of the letter also shows that the proceedings in the said suit have almost reached culmination. In the letter, request is made for extension of time till 15.02.2019 for disposal of the aforesaid suit.

For the reasons stated in the letter, the Court of Additional Judge, Small Causes Court, Nagpur, is granted further time till 15.02.2019, as a matter of last chance to dispose of Regular Civil Suit No. 511 of 2002. JUDGE halwai
