After the matter was heard for sometime, when we expressed that we are not inclined to show any indulgence at this stage, learned Advocate for the applicants sought permission to withdraw the Criminal Application, with liberty to apply for release of vehicles on supratnama before appropriate Court, and further liberty to file appropriate application before appropriate forum, if charge sheet is filed against the applicants.
