The learned counsel for the appellant was absent on 04.02.2024. The matter was therefore, posted for dismissal order. Today, also none appears for the appellant. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader who represents the respondent no.1 Joint Charity Commissioner, Nagpur is present.

The appeal was dismissed in default earlier on 18.01.2019 on account of absence of the learned counsel for the appellant. The appeal was subsequently restored vide order dated 23.04.2024 even prior to this the appeal was dismissed vide order 18.09.2014.
