Perusal of the reference reveals that the reference is made on the basis of the complaint made by the respondent no.1 against the Presiding Officer of the School Tribunal, Nagpur to the Hon'ble Chief Justice.

Shri Naik, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1, submits that the respondent no.1 does not wish to contest the matter. He further submits that the communication was the outcome of the incident which

03092015refno.1.2015 2 occurred in the Court. He submits that the respondent no.1, who is personally present in the court, express his unconditional apology and remorse for the same. In the affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.1 also, he has expressed unconditional apology and also expressed remorse for his conduct.

In that view of the matter, by accepting the unconditional apology and remorse expressed by the respondent no.1, we dispose the reference.
