DATE : 03-04-2025 Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. He submits that the issue involved in the present matter has been covered by the order dated 18-03-2025, passed in Writ Petition No.1908/2024. In response, the learned Assistant Government Pleader acceded to the said fact. It is also contended that the facts are identical to those stated in the said writ petition.

Pursuant to the same, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petition be disposed of in terms of what has been held in the order dated 18-03-2025, passed in Writ Petition No. 1908/2024.

Considering the statements made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners, as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the petition is disposed of as follows. 4.

The respondents are directed to consider and decide the petitioners' claim in accordance with the Government

2 wp3522.24.odt Resolution dated 02.03.2019, as applicable, within a period of eight weeks of receiving a copy of this order and in case the petitioners found to be entitled to receive such benefits, the same shall be released in their favour within four months from such decision being taken.
