The review application is filed by the applicant on the ground that though vide the order under review the Court has held that the petitioner's claim of belonging to Scheduled Tribe was not valid, the claim of the petitioner for protection of services was not considered.

We find that in the order dated 20.03.2006 though the claim of the petitioner of belonging to Scheduled Tribe has been held to be not valid, the Court has not considered the grant of protection to the petitioner's services.

In that view of the matter, we find that the application deserves to be allowed. The review application is allowed. The order dated 20.03.2006 is recalled. The petition is restored to file.
