The original claimants are at liberty to apply for withdrawal, and it will be considered on merits. First Appeal No.339/2021 The present appellant/original respondent No.2 was directed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur, as per the judgment dated 11th February, 2021, to pay the compensation along with the owner. The Insurance Company is aggrieved and, that is why, the present appeal has been preferred.
