We deem it appropriate to dispose of the present petition with the following order:

(i) We permit the petitioner to approach before the Debts Recovery Tribunal in light of the prayer clause (i) which reads thus :

"(i) Issue a suitable writ, order or direction to the Respondent No.4, to decide the Securitisation Appeal/Application No.186/2022 filed by the Respondent No.1 and 2, under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, pending on the docket of the Respondent No.4, Prity

In case, if the request for expeditious disposal is made, same be considered having regard to the litigation policy particularly when the proceedings are pending for last about three years. 4.
