Heard learned Counsel Shri Dhawas for the applicant.

Detail reasons are recorded by this Court on 25.06.2020, while granting ad-interim anticipatory bail. 4.

Heard Shri Maldhure, learned APP for the respondent/State. He has strongly opposed the application. He has submitted that investigation is in progress and custodial interrogation of the application is required. Finance Company i.e. complainant - Hinduja Layland Finance Company disbursed the loan amount to Ajay Gupta and Dipak Singh. Ajay Gupta and Dipak Singh not paid a single paie to the Finance Company and sold the truck to other persons without making registration etc. Real grievance is against the borrower Ajay Gupat and

ABA 229.2020.odt Dipak Singh, but they are not arrested by the Police till date. Only allegation against the applicant is that he changed the number of Chassis of the truck. Truck is already seized from the driver. Custodial interrogation of the application is not required. Hence, ad-interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 25.06.2020 is hereby confirmed.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
