ATE : MARCH 20 , 2024 WRIT PETITION NO. 2846 OF 2023 Mr.M.G.Bhangde, learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondent No.3 submits that the nomenclature of respondent No.3 need to be corrected as "Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation through its Managing Director". The amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2) Mr.Bhangde, learned Senior Counsel waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.3.

CIVIL APPLICATION (W) NO. 916 OF 2024 We have perused the application moved by the respondent No.3.

2) Mr.Bhangde, learned Senior Counsel has claimed that notice was never served on respondent No.3 Board though the farad speaks so, as the nomenclature of respondent No.3 was incorrectly narrated. According to him, as such, the KOLHE

2 931-A - wp 2846.2023.odt observations of this Court in order dated 28/02/2024 to the extent of paras 3 and 6 need to be recalled.

3) We see no reason not to grant such prayer, particularly in the backdrop of the aforesaid order of granting leave to amend and correct the nomenclature. The application is allowed.

4) We accept the statement of learned Senior Counsel Mr.Bhangde that affidavit-in-reply on merit of the matter shall be placed within two weeks.

5) Stand over to 03/04/2024.
