By this application, the applicant seeks suspension of substantive sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Morshi Taluka, District Amravati, in Summary Criminal Case No.672 of 2015, thereby convicting the applicant under Section 294 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and sentencing him to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three months and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/-. 3.

The learned counsel for applicant submits that the applicant has paid the fine amount.

The fine amount has already been paid. The substantive sentence is for a shorter period and consideration of the revision will take time, the substantive sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Morshi Taluka, District Amravati, in Summary Criminal Case No.672 of 2015, shall remain suspended.

The applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees TAMBE

41 REVN-59-2024 Fifteen Thousand Only) with one solvent surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall remain present at the time of final hearing of revision application.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
