CORAM : B.R. GAVAI AND V.M. DESHPANDE, JJ.

DATED : 29 th JULY, 2016 The petitioner has filed present contempt petition contending therein that the respondents have committed contempt of this Court by disobeying the order passed by the Division Bench on 6.5.2015.

An affidavit has been filed by Shir Thangam Reddy, presently working as Chief Conservator of Forests and affidavit is dated 14.6.2016. Another affidavit dated 13.6.2016 is filed by Shri B. Mallikakrjun who is presently working as Deputy Conservator of Forests, Nagpur. The third one is filed on 20.6.2016 by Shri A.K. Nigam, who at the relevant time was working as Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (HoFF). The perusal of the three affidavits would reveal that action has been taken by the respondents in pursuance to the directions issued by this Court.

CP129-16.odt In that view of the matter, we find that no further action needs to be taken. The contempt petition is, therefore, disposed of. No costs.
