This is an application seeking direction to the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) for expeditious submission of examination report enabling the petitioner/complaint to proceed with a criminal case who has lodged at his instance.

The petitioner shall apply accordingly to the Trial Court who in turn immediately make necessary correspondence to the concern FSL for securing report and take follow up, if requires.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
