DATE : 16th March, 2017 ORAL ORDER The arrears of interim maintenance of Rs.2,42,000/- are admitted by the respondent - husband and an undertaking is furnished that the said arrears will be deposited in the Family Court in three equal monthly installments. In view thereof, the undertaking furnished by respondent is accepted.

The respondent - husband shall deposit the first installment of Rs. 80,000/- by 7th April, 2017, second installment of Rs.80,000/- by 7th May, 2017 and last installment of Rs.82,000/- by 7th June, 2017. 3.

It is clarified that an undertaking is also made before this Court that the respondent - husband will continue to pay the regular maintenance. 4.

In view of the undertaking, the revision stands disposed of. 5.

It is directed that the hearing of the proceedings before the Family Court is expedited and in any case be concluded by 30th June, 2017. (N.W. SAMBRE, J.) amj
