The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have a statutory right of appeal and therefore the petitioners want to challenge the order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal. As such, the petitioners want to withdraw this petition. He further submitted that till such time, the possession of the petitioners may be protected. 3.

Considering the request made by the petitioners, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. However, the possession of the petitioners is protected for a period of four weeks from today and it shall cease to operate after expiry of the period of four weeks. 4.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader to communicate this order to the respondent no.2-Tahsildar cum Executive Magistrate, Hingna.
