The applicant is arrested on 05-07-2014 in crime registered against him on the complaint lodged by mother of the victim. The victim was aged about 15 years at the time of incident. The accusations against the applicant are that he had taken the victim to Amravati where the applicant and victim stayed and during their stay at Amravati, the applicant committed sexual intercourse on four-five occasions.

The charge-sheet is filed. The investigation is complete. The co-accused Reshma Ravekar and Nilesh More are released on bail. Co-accused Nilesh is discharged from the prosecution.

Considering the facts on record, in my view, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.

i) The applicant having been arrested in Crime/ First Information Report No.94/2014 registered by the non-applicant, he be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. Bond for Rs.20,000/- and one solvent surety in the like amount.
