This is an application for condonation of 537 days delay in filing the appeal against judgment and award dated 27.06.2017. The appellants are aggrieved by the order awarding the compensation, which according to them is not just, proper and reasonable. The respondent No.1(a) is duly served. He has not appeared. Learned Advocate Shri Johrapurkar for respondent No.2 has not filed reply. 3.

The reasons for delay caused in filing the appeal

2 41.caf.4381.2019 have been set out in the application. The reasons, according to me, are sufficient. Accordingly, the application is allowed. 4.

The delay of 537 days caused in filing the appeal stands condoned.
