This application is filed by the respondent nos.1 to 3 for releasing their share in their name after marriage and also the share of respondent no.5, who died during the pendency of this appeal.

Considering the award passed and on verification of the record, it appears that application is filed along with the affidavit and supporting documents in respect of change in name after marriage. Thus, there is no impediment in allowing the application.

Registry is directed to release the amount of award in the share of respondent nos.2 and 3 in their changed name after marriage and also release the share of respondent no.5 in favour of respondent nos.1 to 3 equally, as they are the only successor of respondent no.5. Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
