We have also decided the first appeal filed by the respondent-Husband challenging the judgment of the Family Court granting maintenance. We have held in the first appeal filed by the husband that the amount of monthly maintenance granted to the appellant herein (respondent in the other appeal) was proper. In view of the aforesaid, we dismiss the first appeal for want of prosecution.
