By preferring this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition which is imposed in Criminal Application (BA) No.765/2022 by which the applicant was asked to attend the concerned police station on every 1st day of each month between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon till the culmination of the trial. Now investigation is already completed and charge-sheet is already filed the entries in the diary also shows that the applicant has attended the concerned police station as per the direction of this Court. Considering this aspect the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order:

O R D E R

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The condition imposed by the applicant
