Heard Shri A.A. Dhawas, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. H.N. Jaipurkar, learned A.P.P. for the non-applicant through Video Conferencing. 2.

The applicant is already protected by this Court by way of an ad interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 09/06/2020.

Undisputedly, it is a case of love affair and physical relationship on the pretext of marriage. As the applicant failed to perform marriage with the prosecutrix, the report came to be lodged.

A perusal of the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the State does not reveal any strong ground for custodial interrogation of the applicant, so also it does not discloses any criminal antecedent of the present applicant.

In such circumstances, I am inclined to allow the application and the same is accordingly allowed.

The ad interim protection earlier granted to the applicant by this Court vide order dated 09/06/2020 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions.

The Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly.
