Though there is an objection to the application made by the respondent No.9, we find that the ground stated in the application constitutes sufficient cause. After all, applicants are residing at different places across Maharashtra and it is natural that consultation in between them may incur considerable time. Besides, respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and the remaining respondents have not filed any reply indicating that they do not wish to oppose this application. Therefore, we are inclined to grant the application and it is allowed accordingly.
