This is an application for modification of order dated 30.01.2018.

Heard Mr. Narnaware, learned counsel for applicant, Mrs. Deshpande, Additional Government Pleader for non applicant no.1 and Mr. Khubalkar, learned counsel for the non applicant nos.2 and 3. After hearing learned counsel for respective parties for quite some time, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant/petitioner will not be pressing this application if liberty is granted to her to file application before the non applicant no.1 afresh for getting her claim in respect of her tribe. CAW690.18.odt would respond that the applicant can approach to the committee with offline application along with the documents and if such is filed with the committee within a period of two weeks from today, the committee will decide the same, in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant/original petitioner to approach before the non applicant/respondent no.1, afresh. The applicant would be entitled to file an application along with the documents within a period of two weeks from today and committee shall decide the same, in accordance with law.
