The application is filed by the applicant - Roshan Panjabrao Patil for withdrawal of the amount. 2.
Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted the applicant has filed Criminal Application (ABA) No.503 of 2021 decided on 29/03/2022. Before deciding the said matter, the statement was made by the applicant that he is ready to deposit of Rs.10,00,000/-. Accordingly, by order dated 28/10/2021 he had deposited the amount of Rs.10,00,000/-. On depositing the said amount, the anticipatory bail application was allowed.

Learned Counsel for the applicant further submitted that the dispute between the applicant and the concerned authority was that he had not completed the work, and therefore, the security deposit was not returned back. Subsequently, he had completed the work and security deposit has also returned back. He placed on
18.appp.493.24.odt record the communication showing that the authority is not having any grievance regarding the work of the present applicant. Considering the security deposit, he has been already returned back. In view of that, the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly I proceed to pass the following order:
(i) The application is allowed.
(ii) The amount of Rs.10,00,000/- deposited by the present applicant vide D.D.
No.509246 dated 01/11/2021 be disbursed to him on due identification and verification along with the accrued interest.
