DATE : 21st APRIL, 2022 By this application, the applicants / appellants are seeking permission to deposit annual amount of Rs.15,000/- for the years 2020 and 2021, in terms of order dated 07/08/2008, passed by this Court. By the said order, interim relief was granted in favour of the appellants on the condition that they deposit Rs.15,000/- by 31st March. It is stated in the application that due to Covid-19 pandemic, the appellants could not deposit the said amount for years 2020 and 2021 and they are now MP Deshpande

2 / 2 21-cas-402-22 ready to deposit the amount for the aforesaid two years so that the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 07/08/2008, is satisfied.

The respondent does not have any specific objection for the prayer made in the application.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the appellants / applicants are permitted to deposit amount of Rs.30,000/- i.e. Rs.15,000/- each for years 2020 and 2021, before this Court within three weeks from today. This Court is informed that the amount of Rs.15,000/- for the year 2022, is already deposited.
