DATED : 06/05/2022 This is an application for withdrawal of the compensation amount deposited by the appellant/applicant in this Court. The claimant had filed Civil Application indicating the reasons in paragraph Nos.2, 3, 4, 6, 7 & 9. The application is opposed by learned Counsel for the appellant. However, considering the reasons mentioned in the aforementioned paragraphs, I am inclined to allow this application by permitting the claimants/applicants to withdraw 75% of the amount which has been deposited in this Court, subject to their filing solvent surety to the satisfaction to the Registrar (Judicial).

Civil Application is disposed of.
