In anticipation of arrest in Crime No.
155/2021 registered with the Police Station Talegaon, Tah. Ashti, Dist. Wardha for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant has claimed for pre-arrest bail. At the instance of Secretary, Vividh Karyakari Sahakri Sanstha (for short 'Society'), the crime was registered. It is alleged that though loan of Society was outstanding, the applicant prepared false no due certificate, got removed the encumbrance of revenue extracrt and
on that strength, obtained fresh loan from the State Bank of India. According to the applicant, he has cleared the loan of Society as well as during the pendency of this application also cleared the entire loan of the State Bank of India, of which receipt has been produced. The State has resisted bail by filing reply-affidavit.

It reveals that the applicant had received certain advantages by preparing false document, however he has refunded the entire loan amount which was fraudulently obtained. All the documents are already seized by the Police. Having regard to said facts, the purpose of investigation would be served, if the applicant is directed to cooperate, hence following order:- (I) Ad-interim order 06.05.2021 is hereby made absolute on same terms and conditions with modification that the applicant shall attend concerned Police Station on every Sunday in between 11.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m. till filing of
charge-sheet.
