DATED : 07/09/2020 In the Writ Petition there is a limited grievance of a direction to the respondent no.2 to consider the application of the petitioner for verification and validation of her caste scrutiny claim for the Scheduled Tribe Halba.

Learned Addl. G. P., on instructions, makes a statement that the Scrutiny Committee has already called the petitioner for hearing on 15th September 2020 and the caste claim of the petitioner shall be decided by 30th September, 2020. The statement is accepted.

Writ Petition is disposed off accordingly.

The interim protection granted shall continue

(2) WP.2396.19 till final disposal of the matter by the Scrutiny Committee or till 15 days after the final disposal of the matter by the Scrutiny Committee, in case any adverse order is passed, which ever is later.
